Honest comparison
If "how I share my own card" is the centre of your workflow, HiHello wins. NFC sharing, QR codes, Apple Watch, virtual backgrounds, email signatures — they own the digital business card category, with a 4.9★ App Store rating and 41,000+ reviews to back it up.
If your team needs SOC 2 Type II compliance today, HiHello has it; Cardexio doesn't claim SOC 2. If Salesforce is a hard requirement, HiHello Business includes it — Cardexio supports HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho but Salesforce is still on the roadmap.
Cardexio is for the other half of the trade-show workflow: capturing and managing cards from other people. If your team mostly attends events to network for yourselves rather than to collect contacts, HiHello fits — and you don't need Cardexio.

FAQ
Honest answers to the questions HiHello users ask before trying Cardexio.
Yes. They solve different problems — HiHello for sharing your own card, Cardexio for collecting and managing other people's cards. Many teams keep HiHello for personal branding and add Cardexio for trade-show contact capture.
No. Your HiHello data stays in HiHello. Cardexio doesn't touch HiHello accounts — it's a separate workspace with its own contact pool. You can run both in parallel.
Cardexio runs OCR at higher scale (400 scans / mo on Starter $7.99/mo) and it's the primary product — we use AWS Textract with strong Turkish and major EU language support. HiHello includes OCR but it's a secondary feature (5 scans / mo on Free, 20 on Professional $6/mo).
Cardexio. The product is built around team contact collection — shared workspace, role-based access (Owner / Admin / Member), duplicate detection, bulk upload, CRM sync. HiHello has team plans but the focus is digital card distribution + management.
Different revenue models. Cardexio Starter includes 3 seats in the $7.99/mo flat fee. HiHello Business is $5/user/mo — cheaper per single user but scales linearly. Either model can win depending on team size and which features you need.
Yes — there's a basic /your-slug/card profile page with QR code. But this is intentionally minimal. If digital card customisation, NFC, virtual backgrounds, or analytics matter to you, HiHello is the better tool for that specific job.
Only if you want to. Export contacts as CSV from HiHello (if you have any saved there) and use Cardexio's Bulk Upload to import. Your HiHello digital cards stay in HiHello — they don't migrate, and they don't need to.
Not yet. Cardexio is GDPR-compliant and EU-hosted (Dublin, Ireland), but SOC 2 Type II certification is not in place today. If SOC 2 is a hard requirement for your procurement process, HiHello has it and Cardexio doesn't.
