Terms of Service — Cardexio

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Cardexio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Arkodigital LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Cardexio is a cloud-based software platform that enables users to scan business cards, organize contacts, and sync leads to CRM systems. Features vary by plan and version and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, keeping your password secure, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@cardexio.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate the rights of others, or to harm our systems or infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to: sending spam, scraping data without authorization, attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, or uploading malicious content. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

The software, brand, and documentation are owned by Arkodigital LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

6. Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are displayed at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods unless required by applicable law. 7. Service Level & Changes

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features. For significant changes, we will provide advance notice where reasonably possible via email or in-app notification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arkodigital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, USA. If you are located in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
