Can I import my CamCard contacts into Cardexio?
Yes. Export your CamCard contacts as a CSV or vCard and use Cardexio's Bulk Upload (Contacts → Import) to bring them in. Duplicate detection runs on import to keep your CRM clean.
Does Cardexio work offline at trade shows?
Yes. Both the mobile app and the web dashboard support offline queueing. Scan now, sync automatically when you reconnect — no lost cards because the venue Wi-Fi died.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep access to read and export your contacts during the current billing period. CSV and XLSX export are self-serve from Settings → Export. Account deletion is one-click and removes your workspace data end-to-end.
Do you support Salesforce?
Not at launch. Cardexio supports HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho today — all three are included from the Starter tier. Salesforce is on the public roadmap. Our REST API (read) is available if you want to push to Salesforce yourself in the meantime.
How accurate is the Turkish OCR?
We use AWS Textract with native Turkish language support. Diacritics (ş, ğ, ü, ç, ö, İ) are preserved, and the post-OCR review screen lets you fix any field before saving — every save is one click.
Can my whole sales team use one account?
Yes. Cardexio is workspace-first: invite teammates by email, assign roles (Owner / Admin / Member), share one contact pool. Starter includes 3 seats, Pro includes 5, Business is unlimited.
Is my data stored in the EU?
Yes. Cardexio EU runs on Supabase eu-west-1 (Dublin, Ireland) and AWS Frankfurt for processing. We are GDPR-compliant by design — no transatlantic transfers without explicit consent.
